The Board of Directors of Taharra World Forum held its inaugural meeting to discuss the Forum’s concept and overall direction, review its key activities, thematic areas, and organizational plans, and explore potential partnership pathways, the scientific program, and arrangements for the upcoming stages of preparation.
The Forum’s Board of Directors comprises Dr. Abdullah Alhumood, Dr. Riyadh Najm, Prof. Fahad Alaskar, Dr. Ibrahim Albeayeyz, Dr. Abdullah Bankhar, Dr. Othman Alsini, Eng. Sami Alhussain, Dr. Osamah Almuhaya, and Ms. Fatimah Alsharif.
The meeting forms part of the Forum’s foundational efforts to establish its framework and define its priorities, strengthening its position as an international initiative dedicated to promoting a culture of verification and credibility and addressing the challenges of misinformation in the media and information environment.
